Leash is a token within the Shiba Inu (SHIB) ecosystem. Shiba Inu is commonly referred to as the “Dogecoin (DOGE) killer” because of its enormous popularity. SHIB grew to become the second-largest canine-inspired coin in the crypto space. To learn more about Shina Inu read my blog about it here. Shiba Inu was one of the tokens last year that made some people millions of dollars. This ecosystem will not be ignored as the cryptocurrency market continues to rise in 2024.

One of the fundamental purposes of this token is to incentivize liquidity providers (LPs) and even offer special rewards. When you buy LEASH (swap them with other tokens you hold) and stake or bury them, you receive a reward in the form of xLEASH tokens. As a holder of xLEASH tokens, you become a part of xLEASH’s liquidity pool.

As a member of this pool, you receive 0.5% of all BONE per block added to its original blockchain. As mentioned before, BONE is also a native token of the Shiba Network. The rewards to the stakers or LP contributors are mixed among LEASH, SHIB and BONE, thereby attaching a use case to each of them.

Also, by providing liquidity with your LEASH tokens, you’re entitled to a predetermined share of the LEASH/ETH ShibaSwap liquidity pool.

Total supply: 107,647

Market cap: $49,492,723

Current price: $457

All time high price: $8,000

This is the perfect time to invest in $Leash. This token is scarce and as the cryptocurrency market increases in value so will the value of $Leash. The use case for $Leash is not only its scarcity but it’s also a part of the Shiba Inu ecosystem. If $Leash wasn’t a part of this exact ecosystem I don’t think I would be interested in this token. Based on the price history of $Leash it’s bound to increase as we get closer to Bitcoins halving (2024). Over time the Shiba Inu ecosystem may give $Leash more features that will increase its value, but for right now due to inflation I don’t understand why someone wouldn’t be interested in $Leash.
